Beaches, boats, bars & tropical drinks with those little umbrellas. That is what you think of while watching and listening to "Garratt Wilkin & the Parrotheads" performing "A Celebration of Jimmy Buffett's Music".

Garratt Wilkin & The Parrotheads have headlined fairs and festivals throughout Oregon, Washington, Nevada, Idaho, Arizona, Utah, Nashville (Tennessee) and as far away as Anchorage (Alaska), Maui (Hawaii), as well as the Eastern seaboard and as close as his home town of Placerville, CA. Their popularity is expanding throughout North America.

Garratt and his band have been billed as the #1 Jimmy Buffett tribute band in the nation. Garratt says, "Traveling with 'The Parrotheads' is a great way to meet Jimmy Buffett fans and to make new 'Parrothead' friends. We get such a kick performing for fans that become just as much a part of the show as we are."

Since their initial transformation from Garratt Wilkin & The Whiskey Ducks to Garratt Wilkin & The Parrotheads, exclusively performing Jimmy Buffett music, the Parrotheads have performed as a six-piece "core" band and up to as large as a 13 piece band including Steel Drums, Horn Section, Harmonica and Pedal Steel Guitar. Garratt was quoted as saying, "Performing with the big band gives us the closest representation of the Coral Reefers and creates the look, feel and sound of being at a Jimmy Buffett concert."

Hey Parrotheads!
 
What a great time at Raley Field and Embassy Suites on Sunday, July 12th! It was great to see all of the Parrotheads and fans that came out and helped us rock the River Cats. Even Dinger came out and had a great time dancing with the fans! Thank you so much to the staff at both Raley Field and The Embassy Suites for helping us make it happen!!!
 
Sunday, July 19th, We will have an acoustic performance by The Parrotheads at Powell's Steamer Co. & Pub, located at 425 Main Street in Placerville from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm with special guest Dale Poune. There is no cover charge and they have a fabulous selection of beer on tap, wine and seafood!
 
Monday, July 20th, Henry Kapono and the Rough Riders will be coming to Waterfront Park in Old Sacramento! Showtime is 6:00 pm – stay tuned for ticket prices and other information! Henry is an award winning and Grammy nominated singer/songwriter from Hawaii who has been awarded numerous Na Hoku Hano Hano (Hawaiian equivalent of a Grammy) awards, including Male Vocalist of the Year, Song of the Year, Single of the Year, and Album of the Year. Henry also has appeared in films such as "Damien" and "Waterworld, " and in numerous television shows. His music transcends his Hawaiian heritage, which he prides so much and embodies the spirit of Aloha that he has for all people. Parrotheads may be familiar with the song that Henry wrote that Jimmy covered, "Dukes on Sunday."
 
Friday, July 24th, we will fly up to Pendleton, OR to play at the Wildhorse Casino Resort in the Event Center, located at 46510 Wildhorse Boulevard in Pendleton, OR. Doors are at 7:00 pm for an 8:00 pm Show time. General Admission is $24/Premium Seating is $39. You can also add a special "Party Pass" for an additional $10 which will allow special access to a party held on the pool patio from 6-8:00 pm - this will give you a fun atmosphere with a no host bar, specially priced food, a free gift to the first 50 guests and a meet and greet with Garratt Wilkin & The Parrotheads from 6:00-7:30 pm, right before the show!
